By accessing or using Family11 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by ALTIORA LLC, a limited liability company registered in Armenia (State Reg. No. 01381557).
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Family11 is available in free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or where explicitly stated during purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.
Family11 is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content generated by the Service, including AI responses, is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
You retain ownership of the health data and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the health information you enter.
All software, design, and content of Family11 — except your personal data — is owned by ALTIORA LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTIORA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated health content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
