Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed).
Health data: symptoms, body measurements, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, sleep records, medication lists, medical documents and photos you voluntarily upload.
Family member profiles: names, dates of birth, gender, and health records you create for your family members.
Usage data: feature interactions, session timestamps, in-app language preference.
Device data: device type, operating system version, browser type.

• To send health reminders and notifications (only if you enable them).
• To improve the service using anonymized, aggregated analytics.
• To comply with our legal obligations.
Health queries, uploaded documents and symptom photos you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, LLC, Anthropic PBC and Google LLC, including Google Cloud Vision for text recognition) solely to generate responses. We transmit the content of your request; we never send your email or account credentials, but questions about a family member's history include that member's name and age so the answer is about the right person. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. The current list is published at /processors.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
• AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — to process health queries and read document photos.
• Hosting infrastructure (DigitalOcean, LLC) — for secure data storage.
• Backups (Backblaze B2) — nightly copies of the database and uploaded documents.
• Email (Resend) — verification, password reset and account-deletion notices.
• Push delivery (Expo, Apple APNs, Google FCM) — to deliver notifications you enabled.
• Subscriptions (RevenueCat, Apple, Google) — to process in-app purchases. We never receive your card details.
• Telegram — only if you use our Telegram bot; messages sent there pass through Telegram.
• Analytics (PostHog, EU) — only after you accept analytics cookies; no health data.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request complete deletion at any time (see Section 7).
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Servers and backups are access-controlled, and backups are taken daily. We do not currently apply column-level encryption to individual health records.
Under applicable law (including GDPR), you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

Family11 allows adult users to create health profiles for their minor children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 16. Account holders must be 16 or older, or a parent or legal guardian. All child profiles must be created and managed by an adult account holder.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
