Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed).
Health data: symptoms, body measurements, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, sleep records, medication lists, medical documents and photos you voluntarily upload.
Family member profiles: names, dates of birth, gender, and health records you create for your family members.
Usage data: feature interactions, session timestamps, in-app language preference.
Device data: device type, operating system version, browser type.
• To provide AI-powered health analysis and personalized recommendations.
• To store and display your family's health records.
• To send health reminders and notifications (only if you enable them).
• To improve the service using anonymized, aggregated analytics.
• To comply with our legal obligations.
Health queries you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic PBC and OpenAI, LLC) solely to generate responses. We transmit only the content of your specific query — we do not share your name, email, or account identifiers with AI providers. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — to process health queries.
• Hosting infrastructure (DigitalOcean, LLC) — for secure data storage.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request complete deletion at any time (see Section 7).
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Under applicable law (including GDPR), you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

Family11 allows adult users to create health profiles for their minor children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. All child profiles must be created and managed by an adult account holder.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
